Hygiene & Safety
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns once an item has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Unopened Items
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first before sending anything back.
